Load Sensor Print E-mail

Take control of media processing by simply inserting a sensor in the load.  Sabac units feature accurate temperature control that has to be seen to be believed!   A message at start up requires confirmation of the sensor placement in the load.

Measuring the temperature of the load reduces the risk of undercooking or overcooking the media.  Undercooking means that the media is not exposed to required temperature for sufficient time, or required temperature was not attained.  Overcooking means media is exposed to required temperature for excessive time period or a higher than required temperature was attained.

Load sensor data is displayed numerically and plotted on a trend graph.

This graph plots a graph of temperature (chamber and load) and pressure versus time.

Set sterilizing and warming temperatures are displayed for instant visual confirmation of successful progress

Temperature control you have to see to believe and rapid load heating are part of the T62's impressive performance.

Confirmation of the sensor placement is prompted by a screen message.
