Auto Drain & Fill Print E-mail

Nobody looks forward to the job of draining the autoclave water reservoir which is an integral container which stores water and condenses exhaust steam.  We automated it so nobody has to!  Now you can automatically drain the reservoir water at the time and cycle intervals you have selected.

The cycle interval feature shows the number of operational cycles before the water is soiled and needs replacing.

Set a time and cycle interval and your unit will drain the reservoir and fill it again with distilled water, ready for normal operation by the time you arrive at work.

Imagine an autoclave smart enough to know how often you want to change the water - then does it before you get to work!  When your tank of distilled water is getting low, the unit will let the operator know.

Load Sensor Print E-mail

Take control of media processing by simply inserting a sensor in the load.  Sabac units feature accurate temperature control that has to be seen to be believed!   A message at start up requires confirmation of the sensor placement in the load.

Measuring the temperature of the load reduces the risk of undercooking or overcooking the media.  Undercooking means that the media is not exposed to required temperature for sufficient time, or required temperature was not attained.  Overcooking means media is exposed to required temperature for excessive time period or a higher than required temperature was attained.

Load sensor data is displayed numerically and plotted on a trend graph.

This graph plots a graph of temperature (chamber and load) and pressure versus time.

Set sterilizing and warming temperatures are displayed for instant visual confirmation of successful progress

Temperature control you have to see to believe and rapid load heating are part of the T62's impressive performance.

Confirmation of the sensor placement is prompted by a screen message.

Temperature and pressure data logging is now the minimum standard requirement for due diligence. The print header details of selected cycle such as cycle type, time cycle started, temperature and time settings, company name and extra text descriptions.  Configure the print header with your company name.  It's easy to adjust the print interval which is the time interval between logging of temperature and pressure during sterilizing - commonly 60 seconds.

You can also print a report detailing exposures at critical temperatures.  Your printout details the total time the load is exposed at temperatures close to sterilizing. e.g. If sterilizing temperature = 121oC times recorded at 120oC, 121oC, 122oC, 123oC, 124oC.

Extra text option enhances your print-outs with extra descriptions to differentiate your processing.  An on-screen keyboard will appear when you start a cycle and prompt for text describing that load.

Print reports for service diagnostics or system set-up hard copies.  Service diagnostic reports include fault logging, device usage and any other data that will assist in problem solving.

System set up offers specific parameters and preference settings you may have configured when the autoclave was originally commissioned.
