Sabac's clients enjoy the benefits of prompt service and regular scheduled maintenance.  We recommend servicing every six to twelve months. 

There are three options available:

  • Twelve month service contract
  • Extended warranty
  • On demand service calls (no contract, outside standard warranty)

Our regular service schedule includes:

  • Install latest software updates
  • Check register contents for correct operations of machine
  • Check gantry loader strap - replaced every two years
  • Check wiring for hot joints
  • Check and adjust door motion
  • Check door clamping mechanism and adjust sealing force
  • Replace clutch disks on all valves
  • Clean reservoir and chamber
  • Flush and check drain lines
  • Check and adjust safety cut-out on gantry
  • Clean exterior
  • Retrain new staff
